Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Prices are generally quoted in local office currencies which usually differ from operator currencies and may be subject to exchange rates fluctuations beyond our control until paid in full. All deposits are required to be paid before bookings will be processed. Payment of deposit means acceptance of all terms and conditions. Full payment required minimum 60 days before departure – this may be earlier subject to individual operators’ policies. If bookings are made inside of 60 days; then full payment required immediately. Healthy Ever After Retreats require all payments to be paid in sterling GBP.
All deposits are non refundable. Cancellations within 60 days may be fully non refundable. Please ensure you have the relevant travel insurance that may cover you in the case of unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. Some cancellations may be partly refundable, but cancellation charges will apply. Healthy Ever After Retreats is unable to provide any refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier.
Travel Insurance is deemed compulsory by many of Healthy Ever After Retreats and is also strongly recommended by Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
Travel arrangements and flights are not included within the Healthy Ever After Retreats package and need to be organised and purchased by the individual(s) separately.
Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice. Additional surcharges are applicable to some bookings particularly those that stop in the USA. The cost of taxes cannot be confirmed until the date of final payment / ticket issue, as they fluctuate daily and are subject to conversion by the rate of exchange on the day the ticket is issued.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation if necessary to you. You should consult your doctor regarding health requirements for your destination.
Passports & Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. If you need information regarding visa and other travel document requirements for your trip please let us know. We can obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer in reliance on it. With this in mind it may be more suitable to liaise with the relevant government/department in line with where you reside.
Healthy Ever After Retreats does not accept any liability of any nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense, inconvenience or loss of enjoyment caused directly or unavoidably indirectly or any other event which is beyond our control & which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part. Neither Healthy Ever After Retreats nor any of its representatives accepts any responsibility for oceanic occurrences or climatic conditions that do not match your expectations or are beyond your capabilities. All activities engaged in are solely at your own risk and of your own choice.
Credit Card Transactions
Credit card surcharges apply when paying by credit card to Healthy Ever After Retreats. 2.2% cardholder-not-present payments transaction fees apply on all keyed-in transactions, card payments over the phone with Virtual Terminal, Square Invoices & eCommerce.
Healthy Ever After Retreats is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. Healthy Ever After Retreats will not pass on any of your details to a third party unless you authorise us to do so.

Referrals Scheme (do you want to be rewarded?)
Healthy Ever After Retreats is happy to offer a referral scheme and reward anyone interested to participate in the simple process which is explained below.
Its extremely easy to get rewarded. If you are a savvy marketer and discuss what Healthy Ever After Retreats has to offer to all your friends, family work colleagues, basically to anyone and by all means possible you can be rewarded if someone purchases and attends one of the Healthy Ever After Retreats. Anyone who signs up through you allows you to be rewarded with a choice of a kick back (£99 GBP) or a free fitness and nutrition plan for the value of £99 GBP.
*In order to qualify all referrals are required to purchase any of the Healthy Ever After Retreat room choices and be paid in full (see note below about partner packages). Healthy Ever After Retreats will agree with the referee which rewards they wish to choose. They will be rewarded the following month after the retreat has been completed or once the full payment has been received.
All referral rewards are subject to Healthy Ever After Retreats discretion and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
Important Note: *It is extremely important that for any referrals you must input the persons full name and email address confirming who has referred you when downloading the brochure and useful information guide from our website. This information can be included in the subject heading box at the bottom of our website. "How did you hear about us"? This is a must requirement so that we can reward the person who referred them. If this information is not provided then we may not be in a position to reward the person who referred them.
*Please note anyone attending on a partner package cannot refer each other to participate in the referral scheme.
